The focus of the design and how the game runs are what make our product better than our competitors. We will add details that will make the game have a realistic feel to it. This app allows you to go on runs and pick up disposable, recyclable, and reusable items. You have an option to either dispose of the items or keep them to make new items out of it. The new items made can be used for anything.

The quality of our product is that it will fit the consumers needs. By having a mobile game to play when they are bored and will never be bored playing this game. The consumer will be happy with the quality of the product. The performance the game will give you will feel like you are actually in the game and you are in full control of the whole game.

Our game will be one where players can choose to do a free play mode and a different mode where they will have set levels to complete and unlock new features. Everything that is unlock-able in the game will be available without needing any downloading.

Market segmentation: Are existing consumers are people who enjoy adventure games and people who enjoy the environment. Our potential consumers are people who don't enjoy recycling, the environment and adventure games.  

Detailed Market breakdown: My industry is my website and the app store where i am going to sell my app. My target market is people who like games that due with recycling and adventure and people who enjoy the environment. Our competition is people who have the same product but our will be different in categories how we sell the product in our game and we intend to make a place by having different levels and upgrades any time we get around to it. 

Target market segment strategy: Our strategy for selling this product is to sell it on our website and to have commercial ads and magazine ads selling it on the app store. 

Industry Analysis: The app will have similar comparisons to other apps but ours will have along with the regular game play where the player has to manipulate the character on-screen, they will be given power-ups to allow them to get past a stage more quickly and efficiently. They will be able to create items with the trash and recyclables that they pick up and they can customize their truck and character to add personality to the game.

Website marketing strategy: Our website marketing strategy is having the product able to use on any smartphone, android, and tablet for all to use and to be produce on our website and many more to come and on the app store.
